- Cancellation & refunds
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup (full refund). Less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show: 100% of the fare. If your airline cancels your flight or moves it to another day (airport transfers booked with a flight number), you may choose a free change to your new flight or a full refund, even within 24 hours. To cancel, email booking support with your JR- booking number. Card payments are refunded to the original payment method.
